A YiQi member with a Wodify account and a membership may receive an email informing that the “account has been suspended”. Once a Wodify account is suspended, you can’t reserve or sign in any class even though you have a membership. The most common reason is that you have an unpaid invoice and your payment is 3 or more days overdue.
Please pay your bills on time to reinstate your account and avoid such suspension from happening again.
