Hi, my name is Josh and I am a coach at CrossFit YiQi. I am a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer as well as a Personal Trainer.
I became active in the CrossFit Community while serving in the US military. CrossFit helped me to perform at a higher level of peak performance which translated into a better work performance and a healthier lifestyle.
After leaving the military I never stopped being a part of the CrossFit community. I have found a network of amazing people who all want to better themselves. My passion has always been to help as many people as possible along the way and I believe CrossFit is doing just that.
My favorite part of being a coach is watching an athlete step into the gym on the first day. This is the very first step to self-improvement and it only gets better from there.
