Are you wondering what CrossFit is? Are you hoping to get fitter? Are you looking for a change to your training routine? Do you want to give CrossFit YiQi a try? To get started, you’re welcome to attend a free-trial class*. You’ll get to know about our gym, our coaches, and our programs. It’s also our chance to get to know you and your training history so that our coaches can advise you where to start.

The free trial class you’ll attend is a Bootcamp class, which usually consists 6~12 people at all different fitness levels and age as well as a designated coach for the class. Most of the attendees are long-term committed members who purchase a monthly membership or a 10-pass membership. The coach knows all the attendees by their names and interacts with everyone just like your friends.

Prerequisites

  • You’re 14 years old or older.
  • You have a personal email address and you actually read your emails every day.

Limitations

  • Limited to persons who haven’t worked out at our facility.
  • Limited to one Free-Trial class per person.
  • You cannot make a reservation on behalf of someone else.
