What’s the difference between YiQi’s Bootcamp program and CrossFit program?

CrossFit is for everyone, except for those who think they can’t do it. If you search CrossFit on youtube, you’ll see plenty of inspiring stories of people from all age and physical capacity doing CrossFit and become fitter and healthier.

The Bootcamp program is simply an easier version of CrossFit. Some people join Bootcamp because they don’t feel confident yet.

While the goal of the CrossFit program is to improve General Physical Preparedness, which includes all of the following:

  • Endurance
  • Stamina
  • Strength
  • Flexibility
  • Power
  • Speed
  • Coordination
  • Agility
  • Balance
  • Accuracy

But some athletes may not feel ready to commit to such training, either physically or mentally. This is how our Bootcamp came into play. Bootcamp focuses on Endurance, coordination, and balance. In practice, we don’t use barbells in Bootcamp workouts, for example.
