what is YiQi Academy?
It is 6 sessions over the course of 2 weeks to familiarize yourself with all of the movements you will see in our normal CrossFit classes. From basic bodyweight movements to Olympic Weightlifting and everything in-between, we will make sure you are ready to participate in our CrossFit classes safely.

What does a YiQi Academy session look like?
Each session you will be guided by an experienced coach through all the basic barbell, weightlifting, and gymnastics movements we use in CrossFit. Each movement will be broken down and taught through progressions (baby steps). Each session will include both strength lifts and skill movements. Following the instruction portion of each class, you will participate in a CrossFit style workout (most likely using the lifts you learned that day). You will get sweaty, you will have fun, and you will learn a ton about your abilities.
A YiQi Academy semester is capped at 6 attendees to ensure attention and quality. All members must attend all 6 classes. If unable to attend 1 single class, this must be stated to Head Coach before the start of the first session to discuss other options.
How much is the 6-session course?
US$120. The package also includes 1 x discount voucher for 10% off your (and only yours) first membership payment within 5 months after your graduation.
