10 Air squats

10 m bear crawl for ward

10 m bear crawl back

then Choose 1

Mobility:

box elevated pigeon or lunge

or

Stability:

20 Jane Fondas (R/L)

5 glute bridges (R/L/both)

Weightlifting

Back Squat (5×6 @ 60-80% 31X1 Tempo )

Every 3 mins for 15 mins

(Try to increase

the weight from

1-2 reps shy of failure

Pull-ups (Accumulate 8 minutes of volume)

Same as A, but you are only getting one rep at a time, do Buddy assisted pull-ups and try to get at least two
