2 Rounds:

5 Body Weight RFESS (per side)

5 Yoga Pushups

10 Arm Circles (forward & backward)

5 World Greatest Stretch

Weightlifting

3 Rounds for Quality

*Rest 2 Minutes between rounds, use moderate weight.

1) 8 Reps DB Bench Press

2) 15 – 20 Plank Reaches

3) 8 Reps RFESS w/ 2x DB or Goblet KB (per leg)

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

14 Minute ARMAP:

50 Single Skips

20 Situps

15 Wall Balls

5 Burpees
